Some facilities of Iran Madar’s calibration rig:
- Verification and calibration of all flowmeters, including electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine, etc., in diameters from 12 to 1400 mm
- The highest amount of water transfer volume: 1000 liters per second
- Ability to control the flow rate of electro pumps to test flowmeters at different speeds and flows up to 1000 liters per second
- Conducting tests using wet Calibration method and comparative method according to ISO 4064 internal standard.
Dry calibration: Using reference ultrasonic flowmeters and comparing the output number with the original device.
Wet calibration: A specific amount of water passes through the pipe and the flowmeter that is being calibrated is installed. The flowmeter being calibrated must show the same specific amount of water exactly.
