The radar flow meter is a complementary technology to Pulsar’s ultrasonic range. Radar flow meters are excellent for applications where weather conditions are changing or there are heavy vapors or fumes. Adding an extra option to this product provides versatile applications.

Thanks to the Linear Frequency Modulated (LFM) processing, our FMCW radar technology offers strong signal-to-noise ratio and excellent resolution, providing significant advantages over pulse radar systems. Like all Pulsar Measurement sensors, the radar sensor is compatible with all Pulsar controllers, allowing for easy and cost-effective changes whenever your application requires it.

Usable Environments and Applications:

  • Foam materials
  • High turbulent noise conditions
  • Environmentally and atmospherically escaping materials
  • Chemical dosing systems for plants and IBCs (IBC chemical dosing systems deliver chemical dosing directly from IBCs. These systems are made of chemically resistant plastics suitable for use with a wide range of concentrated chemicals.)
  • Level monitoring
